Police Constable Pedro Tyson "P. T." Boomer is a fictional character from the Thomas and Friends series, originally appearing as the villain in The Magic Railroad, but was cut out due to being too scary for the young American test audience. However, in the Mozenrath Thomas Film, Boomer is present as the main antagonist, and was also merged with the angry policeman from "Thomas in Trouble" to give him a new backstory and revenge motive.

Boomer has grey hair around a bold spot and also wears glasses.
When on duty, PC Boomer would were a blue British Police uniform.
When in his home, Boomer would wear a green shirt with pocket protecter, blue genes and black shoes.
When out in public on his motorcycle, P. T. Boomer would wear a blue shirt, accompanied by black overcoat, leather gloves, golden coloured goggles, dark blue genes, a black helmet and a pair of black Italian shoes.
